This will be a hard game of footy - against a club of character brought into the modern era by one of our own Legends of the game itself.
We regain one small forward and a youngster gets his reward but two others will play seconds along with a good mid to regain some form - expect nothing else than to lose skin & blood in any scrap with the Basso Brothers

Elari is a big out for Swans. Some good one on one battles all over the ground. When is Saunders due back from injury?

Really looking forward to this game. Will be my last game of live WAFL, been following south since I moved here to WA 12 months ago. Enjoy watching the hams boys and the way the go about it, big Brock and benny Saunders even though he's out. Bit sad to see JP has been dropped but I guess he was asking for it with poor form of late. Hope he can get himself back to his best soon. Anyway go doggies

We were bloody lucky to get out of this one and stay alive - I have sheer respect to Swan Districts for the way their guts kept them in every contest all day long

If there was no other choice to merge with another club in this league I would have Swans in a heartbeat , just the way their spirit shows

sounds like a cracking contest......one SF fan wanting to report the SD rabble to the police and another SF fan wanting to merge with SD.....I guess a 2 pter does play havoc with ones emotions........

Yeh was a good game of Aussie Rules btwn two evenly matched sides and both teams still in the mix, I havnt seen anything from the rest of the comp yet to suggest that we arent as good as anyone else on our day so the challenge for Swans anyway is to find that form for 4 Q's and starting nxt wk otherwise we might as well go down to the local travel agent and look for good deals in Sept!..apart from Perth and almost EF its wide open

Can someone enlighten me to why the toilets at the top outer Pocket were shut? Are they condemned, plus SF never open that gate anymore? Starting to resemble EF oval. Looking forward to getting back to Bassendean nxt week with facilities that work
