we were really only undone by not getting a big enough lead in the first half and not having our best available side to play - it would have been bloody handy to have Florenca , Miller & a Doney to spread things out more and make things a lot harder for their AFL horde
People stayed away due to the ridiculous start time and the make-up of the opposition on the day - we got shafted in the fixturing of the game that was organised to benefit one team only

Think Schloithe will play in country with his mates. Surely Shaw has a lot to give WAFL footy still.

Haiden Schloithe was a great player for SF over the last decade.
An old style rover who liked kicking a goal and rarely missed.

I guess the only positive for SF, is that they have a few months to find a replacement for Free.....would of been worse if the fella was picked up last minute in the SSP draft....reckon Broadbent from Peel could be open for a tsf out of Peel  ...overlooked by Freo in both drafts, as they went for 2 young E.S rucks.....

Wasn't Paddy Ryder a cert for SF in 2023?
