Gee NZ must be a very sad place today after their unexpected loss to England in the rugby. Knowing how much the game is a part of their national psyche and very few people saw this coming. Maybe Freezin can give us an idea of the atmosphere if he can stop laughing.

And also the netball with Australia winning the Constellation Cup by beating the Silver Ferns by 7 goals in Perth this morning.

In my element here this weekend it's been a beauty.....rugby league wins by the Aussie men and women over their NZ opponents....ABs arses kicked by the poms....now the netball today....few quiet kiwis this weekend.....they will be in mourning for a few months I reckon.....LOL

DD Breakers coughed up a decent lead v Melbourne the other night too....just keeps getting better and better....but hey for a little country they punch well above their weight .....or so am I told 24/7....

The All Blacks have wiped the floor with all opponents in the last 4 years.Apart from England who have pushed them in there last 3 matches. 17-16,,34-32,,18-17
Do like watching rugby but not 100% on the rules.Do the referees favour the All Blacks in 50\50 decisions. Leave that up to others that know more than me.England having two tries disallowed last night.
Eddy Jones masterminded another All Blacks semi final exit like 2003,Breaking down the AB's in your face defence .

Without wishing to further damage relationships with our Kiwi friends, another two results (in Rugby League) to go our way last Friday:

Kangaroos - 26 Kiwis - 4
Jillaroos - 28 Kiwi Ferns - 8

Make the most of these victories, things could turn very quickly.

Not for the Kiwi's, rugby is a religion and to be taken very very seriously.

well done to England, should have held them scoreless, the error at the line out was ridiculous. I remember when they lost under John Mitchell, the headline was 'the end of world'

good to see the poms finally came up with a response to the silly dance NZ does: a victory sign doublling as 'up you'. The English bowmen used to give the same salute to the French during the Hundred Years War -- they were the two fingers which fired all the arrows. The French had a habit of cutting off the two fingers if the bowman were captured, so the bowman saluted to remind the French that they still had their fingers and their bows.
