No worries Northie, direct your dumb as shit comments back to them , I didnt say it Vlahos did. Did I mention Hagdorn in that post or is that just you having an early orgasm?

Take your Zimmer frame next year to the games Northey, Pavlova will need it.

Not comparing players more the situation. Its a bit like Stevie J, its not what they can do anymore, its what they CANT do anymore. Dropped chest marks, missed tackles etc become a whole lot more prevelent, its sad to see.

Given Freo havent been able to attract a key forward so far you'd think it would be better to have Pav running around than not. He will probably take on a role closer to goals this year rather than a hit up forward because as Unka says he's been dropping a few, going to ground and staging for frees a bit too much for mine in recent times.

Suprising if its true. If it takes you a month to make a decision, then I would have thought the decision was already there for you. I don't think its a wise move, however he is a champion and perhaps he has earned that right. So many players go one too long, Steve Johnson is one of those for example. I think Pav has his moments, but on more occasions when you analyse his games, his input isn't enough in my opinion. If his body doesn't stack up next year, it could be a hinderance to the side. Good luck to the man anyway.

Yeah he still kicked 40 odd goals though, I suspect they will manage him by playing mostly home games if they were able to nab McCarthy he might of pulled the pin.

If he kicks 30plus goals from say ten to fifteen games he's done his job.

He will play 15 games during the year, and he deserves the right to get to 350 games at Freo.

Yeah he might play 15 games & get to 350 & he also might hinder the progress of Tabener, Apeness & co.. Hopefully of those 15 games he performs when it counts.
personally I thought he should retire for the betterment of the team going forward.
Something needs to change at the club as currently it doesn't hold up when it matters most.
