Yes I did mate but in all fairness it was missing the stumps by a fair margin and would have probably copped him in the side. TBH...I thought the Indians were pretty ordinary in appealing at all.

Yeah it was an unsportsmanlike appeal from India but I would expect nothing less from them.
But Fanning should have never have put his hand out to stop the ball either, hopefully the kid learns from that.

4/17 then a recovery 2/138 then 4/4 at the end....pity one of the top order didn't get in bar Fanning....might of gone close....India seem to have all bases covered in terms of batting and bowling....I know these guys are young but geez there are a shed load of run outs....reminded me of my days in interschool cricket as an opener, running out all my team mates trying to get off strike....

Fraser-McGurk getting run out by Fanning without even facing a ball was a game changer. The outcome could have been so different without that happening.

Yes not too many teams recover from losing 3 wickets in the first over. Credit to young Fanning that he was able to put the stuff up behind him and play a meaningful innings. The aussies batting has not been great in this series TBH, too many injudicious shots and poor game awareness. Hopefully they will learn from it, they are only young.

Gee the umpiring has been pretty ordinary from what I've seen. Young Mariu from NZ was given out LBW against the WI when he got an inside edge and the ball didn't hit the pad at all....talk about stiff.

To be honest BC the standard of cricket umpiring not only in this 19s WC but in Test Cricket (Wilson, Dar etc), BBL, Sheffield Shield, etc has been at times appalling this last year or so and makes even footy umpires look like professionals in comparison.

What a comeback by those 2 NZ lads last night. Almost a replica of the Aussie fightback V England. From 8-153 in the 36th Over the batsmen played themselves in and then had a dip in the last 6 overs. An unbroken partnership of 86 led the jubilant Kiwis to victory. The young boys could teach the senior team a thing or two about winning in tight situations!

I felt very sorry for the young WI batsman McKenzie??? who cramped up on 99...got carted off then returned when the 9th wicket fell only to get bowled first ball back and remain on 99...poor bugger.

Was a fair performance by the Kiwi Kristian Clarke Mike.
He took 4/25 with the ball and then came in to bat at 10 and made 40 odd not out off better than a run a ball (3 fours & a six) to get the Kiwis home against the young Windies.
