I mentioned that many times GTR especially on Day 5 at Sydney & Brisbane.
Paine has no plan b outside bowling Cummins, Hazlewood, Starc & Lyon (even when they are bowling ordinary) and only gives Green a few overs & Labuschagne one before the second new ball is due.
And scarily there is no others within the side saying to him lets try Marnus or Cam for a decent spell.

Read an interview somewhere from Steve Smith end of day 4 at the GABBA, stating he reckons Green will break his test bowling drought on day 5 by having a big say on the end result....sadly Paine gave the kid 3 overs, persisted with Starc for 16 overs despite it was obvious to all Starc was cooked.....0/70 odd....As you say mate Paine had no alternative plan....

That was frustrating considering Lyon hardly beat the bat.Last day in Bris+Syd.

Scorchers just about played the perfect game tonight. Considering the circumstances they faced going into the game ( loss of home final, thrashing in last game, having to sit in Canberra for a week and then the late injury to Roy) it was a special performance. Livingstone and Marsh were brutal. Bancroft was the perfect foil. The bowlers always had it under control once Lynn got out.
Great effort and now I hope they can turn the tables on the Sixers at the SCG in the final.

With Roys angle injury. Bancroft steped up and providing great support for Dr Livingston and Mitch Marsh.Will be interesting to see what the selection will be .If Roys fit for the Grand Final.

Been the highest run scorer in the BBL history.The most 6's hit.Been an entertainer.. Have to agree with Ricky Ponting.. You can't take down every bowler every ball..Berendorf was bowling really well..Should of tapped him down the wicket and picked another bowler to attack.

Bloody big score to chase - 189. I’m just a bit worried the Scorchers may have played their grand final a couple of nights ago. If so, it’ll be an early night.

Well done to the Sydney 6'ers.Far to good in both BBL 10 finals v the Scorchers.
