Unbelievable how backwards some sporting administrations have been over the years and continue to be to this day LH.
Fancy only letting Commonwealth nations into the cricket membership family until 1966, essentially closing down the sport to so many hugely populated countries.

In regards to the Americans, one of the problems was a lack of space for sport in the large towns in the 19 century -- this, apparently, is why, the yanks bull shit on about the importance of 'central park'.

There is no doubt that the Americans would enjoy the shortest version of the sport provided one stressed Warne's formula: 'the object of the game is to stay in when batting and stay on when bowling.
