Hagdorn has this morning on 6PR basically formed the same opinion it was nothing more than a let's get behind the coach show with senior players from the leadership group in attendance in an attempt to show everyone is behind the coach.

Every player will have his own thoughts on it and I reckon we will see the effect of that at seasons end and beyond when players come out of contract. Let's start with KIm Hagdorn. He has less credibility than G Whately. It is akin to Fox News's mantra "some people have said". So if Freo win today it means that all players are behind R Lyon. As for your observation that he was reading from a script. It is not too difficult to deduce that is based on legal advice.

Just in case there is any misconception that I am supporting R Lyon. I am not. What I am doing is observing that NOTHING in the public domain that I have seen or heard indicates that he should be sacked. should that changed then I will comment based on that change.

What I do object to is the crap that purports to be quality journalism where this issue is conflated with a BUSINESS and FOOTBALL decision to host the Gold Coast home game. Similarly, for every other grievance that the journalist has against Fremantle Football Club.
