93-year old Jim Lavender was a crew member on HMAS Sydney II for over 3 years but remarkably was transferred just before she was sunk in 1941.

Soprano Offline Premium Member Posts: 290 Thank you received: 0	Jim....what a man!! Hopefully this gives a bit of inspiration to both teams to make it a cracking game. If we bring the intensity we had for 3 quarters last week, we should be competitive. But I think Sydney just have that extra class in the mid to get over the line. Here is hoping for a close game though.
