Yep, great timing isn’t it? Would have learned from the best watching Nizzie in action over the years.

But what the fk does some player taking cocaine have to do with the AFL? Seriously this is nutz.

VFL has a bit of an image problem
anything with their top drawcards is hastily swept aside or actively debased
and their drugs policy is a bit of a joke at best
Cocaine and Meth/Ice should see life bans for usage we all know that
VFL like their game packaged up like McDonald's hamburger meals
thing is their burgers have dead rats in them

Seems to be a few issues with Melbourne at the moment that's for sure.

Whispers earlier this year that was why Oliver was kept out longer than he wanted with his injury - and there is more to he had a fit.......

I think there is a bit of an Eagles culture there of being bigger than the game.

Dazz, Smith was done for coke on the actual game day. Coke is performance enhancing so he's looking at 4 years. If it was weed, then I agree, it ain't performance enhancing by any stretch, more likely to crash on the couch with a packet of Timtams and the remote.

Ok, that is a different thing. He's probably fked then.

I still hold the AFL has no business policing players recreational drug use because I don't believe it has anything to do with performance but more to do with protecting the AFL's image and sponsorship dollars, so player welfare isn't primary.

Any player dumb enough to get on the pipe or have a snort on or near match day needs their head read.
