Agree Schofield should get the job and be given 3 years. He can coach. Not sure about offloading Harley. Are NM offering 3 first round picks? He's a once in a generation player.

GTRX Tim Kelly is the biggest mistake WCE have ever made.
Paid way over his real value.
Geelong were laughing, he was a very good player in a side, which at the time had one of the best mid-fields in the Comp.
WCE's midfield has been nowhere near the same quality.
Don't need just a "short list" they need to scour the country for the best option.

It was a photo of Danielle Laidley as I thought he/she would be an excellent choice as the next Eagles coach as a former Eagles player and with previous experience at North's, plus he/she could provide advice to the WAGs on hair, makeup and lipstick.
