The fact that Mineral Resources and Hungry Jacks have been introduced to the Club and are now sponsors is actually a trade for agreeing to share the ground with them as part of the redevelopment.
Hence the Club is seeking in excess of $10m funding to build it's new premises.
We have never walked away from debt and have successfully brought our selves back from the brink with careful responsible management.
Which is more than I can say for some other Clubs.

Peel is Fremantle. (Love their 2 x Flags BTW)
Souths have been aligned.
Perth have done bloody well out of the Eagles (this can be classed as seriously good management)
Swans still owe a number of players their payments over multiple years and continue to deny it.

Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between going into administration and being declared bankrupt? I would have thought once you go into voluntary administration so you can dodge your financial obligations, it then makes sense you are declared bankrupt and forgo your trading name and any right to continue trading?
