and every position from 2nd to 10th could change pending the margins of each fixture
the top 5 race is going to be decided at Lathlain Park but every other match result can affect final positions and finals spots

At risk of sounding a smart arse Southy...I hope Joondy do your mob by a point and Perth does likewise to the crabs. That result would see all top 5 places going to traditional WAFL clubs and shouldn't turf you out of second given your far better percentage over Claremont.

Im hoping WCE make it, they will grow a leg and get dinkum in the Finals and would be a solid chance to knock $ubi off, much in the same mould as Peel did twice, that would be so so sweet, even if it is at the expense of WP.

They'd have to improve a bit Loopy as we touched them up by 68 points only a few weeks ago...but hey, you can live in hope if you like.

I wonder what Freo/Peel will do this week. I wonder if it is an ominous sign for the Dees. Will Freo players playing for Peel this week play like their career depends on it?. Players like Banfield and Croyden and Jones would be busting a gut you would think. Not the best news for the Dees. Saying that maybe Bell and the like will tell this weeks coach to play 6 or 7 kids and rest up or send to early rehab the middle tier players. I see no reason for Mundy or Fyfe or Balley or Sandi to play this week. Maybe even rest Hambling and Lobb.
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

I don't think the Peel lineup will change too much this week TFaF with the exception of replacements for Sandi and Ballantyne to go up....so if anything it should be a bit weaker for you guys. What we might see however, is a few of the fringe guys playing for their futures so it could make for an interesting game.

TFAF, Lobb is out for the season. Someone from Peel will have to go up to replace Sandi. Whether they go for Jones or leave Darcy to ruck alone remains to be seen. Ballas won't play for Dockers but may for Peel. Also some talk about Ryan returning. However, the question would be whether they would bother bringing him back for a dead rubber, whether at AFL or WAFL level. All up, agree with BC that their line up is unlikely to differ much from last week, if anything, they could have one-two fewer listed players. You would think players have been told by now whether they are getting a gig next year or not. I doubt Freo are saying "play well against Perth and you're in for next season."

Sadly we let ourselves down after winning the first 5 of the season.
Battled to win another 4 for the rest of the season.
Just not good enough.
And our % was shit as well.

Can someone please enlighten me as to when the game was scheduled for today?
Was it always scheduled for today or was it a request from the Eagles qat the last minute?
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!
I shot the fukin sherriff!!!!
