Went online earlier to listen to the Footyradio commentary of the elimination final and there's only damn music being broadcast! And nothing else!
Something that was so promising and could/ should be an excellent part of the Wafl has fallen into a black hole. Really really disappointing stuff!

They did the SF vs WP game.

They didnt have enough broadcast boxes at that new, you beaut (according to some here) Claremont Oval....91.3 were calling the game from the grandstand seats in the walk way!

And the football has now taken a back seat to all the residential development.

The WAFC really needs to fund broadcast for all WAFL games. Prefer having all 4 games a week video streamed live, otherwise radio streamed. WAFC should use the profits made from WCE and FFC.

Would be a shame if it were not to be supported by the wafl or wafc.

That was always the original plan, somehow they ended up hoarding all the cash themselves.

It is alleged that Footy radio owe their callers $$$ and legal action is taking place, that's my reliable mail.. Seems they have been amateurish in their dealings.

Judging by the calibre of sponsors they had it was always hard to see them covering costs.
