Claremont's record vs Perth at Lathlain Park since 1979 of 38 wins from 42 games is nothing short of amazing.
Most clubs dont even have a home record like that let alone an away record!

Pretty amazing, and they hold the 3 longest winning streaks at the ground as well. All achieved since 1979!

Over the journey plenty of teams have had home records similar, but I can't find any away record over a period of time as good as Claremonts, although most teams have pretty good away records at Rushton Park v Peel.
