Without disrespecting any of the boys in the squad, we did not cut or cull, everyone gets a game.

Obviously the better boys get more games.

Having said that this weeks side was the better of all the others. There was also a conscious decision to leave boys on the field rather rotating to equalise game time. This meant that the more skilled and adept players were there for the whole game. I should point out that I am in no way criticising the Coaches or Development process. We want to give every boy a chance to improve and rise to the level.

It was interesting to see the 'lesser' lites improved by a good % in this game as well as the other boys really displaying their talents.

I think we have played abt 48 boys which is good for our process and I think ( my opinion) that around 20 of them will be colts ready next year.

Another thing was that all of our international lads were away with the team in QLD and a couple of them are VG!
