I look forward to the legal battle to establish the truth , but at this stage WPFC are looking more and more like a shag on a rock.

Astounding that an organisation that is beating the drum threatening legal action, failed to attend a meeting with all other parties at which all the evidence against it was presented, I would of thought if you were intending to litigate you would wnat to be present. At the very least it would of been a chance for WP to refute all the allegations in front of all the other clubs and WAFC and win some support, what did they do -just not turn up..very odd indeed.

it is not the job of WP to do anything, it is the job of the WAFC to take control and sort out the situation - if they have the evidence WP have done something wrong then take action accordingly.
WAFL supporters need leadership from the WAFC - considering this was raised before the season started and has still not been resolved one would think the WAFC either have no legal ground to take action or are totally useless, or maybe both.

The have taken action ,they have told WPFC to comply with rule 11 of their licence which they are refusing to do.

WP are the ones mouthing off about legal action.

you seem to have your finger on the pulse - do you think its good practice for the WAFC to take over 6 months to sort this out ?

I hope WP go all the way to the grand final and stand their ground. I'm sick and tired of the bullys in this town getting their own way to suit themselves to the detriment of everyone else. I'll be cheering WP on in this years final series. Go Falcons, stick it to the establishment and do it for the average bloke on the street.

also interesting to note at yesterdays Presidents lunch not 1 Peel Thunder director was at the lunch! Their President didn't even show up! Weak as pizz!

6 Months, no I also dont think its good parctice for one club to put its own ego ahaead of every other club and the comp in general, to not attend meetings, clearly demonstrates a selfish recalcitrant and inmatture attitude towards the other clubs , one can only wonder where this mind set comes from.

It appears the WAFC has done all it can . including Mcdonalds offering 50K compo..

gee Bazza, maybe put your thinking cap on and work out why Peel didnt attend, they are the mob that dont have to pay back their debts !

their sponsorship is 300k, why do they want 50k to break it ?
they wont find that money again.
