and also the fact the same seats deal was offered to all clubs but only Subi had social premises at the ground...good luck for Subi bad luck for the others...plus the fact Subi held the lease on Subi oval until just recently.

Who negotiated East Perth leaving Perth Oval. We needed the same negotiating skills of Subi to set the club up for the future. We took a lump sum which the administration burnt like they had a hole in their pockets.

I'm hearing you Larry...your mob got a good deal when you consider Subi received nothing to go to Leederville..in fact it cost the club as they had to pay over $1m to build the social premises and renovate the changerooms etc.
