loved watching Austin Robertson kick impossible goals regularly. keith watt - leo sayers brother was awesome in full flight. my sister recons don haddow was pretty awesome as well.

Totally agree with the era comment by a few here, 70s & 80s were blessed with so many champs...........idolise wise would be Paul Mountain from SF because he was my grade 7 teacher in 79, took the derby GF loss like a champ too..........from EF the guy I idolised the most was Rod LesterSmith........tall classy wingman, everything I aspired to be on the footy field as a junior and fell way way short!
