We beat Victoria and then play NSW as a reward? What a bumper game that is, before a GWS game. A lock out for sure. How did NSW get involved in this 4 way rotation style format between WA, SA, VIC and QLD?

Originally they were waiting on the Foxtel Cup fixtures so they could adjust the byes for WP and EP. Was supposed to be signed off at a meeting early this week but there are last minute glitches and arguments.

both WP and EP will be knocked out the Foxtel first round anyway.....EP will have a reserves side v Norwood and BoxHill will defeat WP easily I reckon.....especially if Hawthorn allow a shed load of their listed guys to play.......WP won't have any...

Simple ... NEAFL Comp... Its about 2 levels under WAFL or SANFL, but the AFL are trying desperately to bring it up a couple of notches.

Reckon? WP for me.

Norwood have lost a number of players including players who played league to the AFL system.

Box Hill is on the same footing as East Perth - Both AFL feeder clubs. Williamstown are no longer the feeder to Western Bulldogs, as the dogs have a VFL side of their own under Footscray Bulldogs.

Qualifying: Aspley to beat Belco (both NEAFL).
Round 1: West Adelaide, WP, Seagulls and Norwood.
Semi: West Perth, Norwood

Mike.

Just announced they won't be released until at least December 18. Still massive arguments over who gets EP at home round 1.

Why the big push to play the Royal Eagles? I thought we all wanted to boycott games against the traitors?

Exactly Senior, why all the fuss. Surely clubs aren't believing that the crowds will be enhanced by the many WCE fans who are expected to come and watch "Their team".
There will be bugger all increase due to that. There could in fact be a drop off if the real EP fans don't go anymore.
