I used to follow the Buffs up there but they appear to have gone missing?

You could take a quick trip down the Forrest to watch the SWFL prelim and G/F in Bunbury!

seems they show more common sense than the WAFL.

SWFL G/F has for a while been the week after the AFL G/F. They get a huge turn up of people from all over needing their last fix.

They should play the WAFL GF on the weekend after the afl..or maybe on the Monday public holiday.

Yep, if they played the WAFL GF in October, we'd still have a couple of weeks of our footy fix to go.

Glad to see you have seen the light Baz, this is exactly what BH proposed on another thread less than a week ago, what caused you to change your mind?

From 1923 to 1966 it was always early Oct so it would be nothing new and a few times after that until late 70`s and 80`s when it was swapped to Mid/late Sept for some reason. In 99 it early Oct and 30K rocked up,I reckon its a goer for sure

They usually show the SANFL GF on big screen at The Odin Tav, I went 2 years ago and it was packed
