Reported that Port Adelaide are fielding a reserves team in the SANFL next year and Adelaide have cried foul...why? Well apparently it is against AFL RULES for teams to have any influence over coaching boys under 18 years of age and potentially hiding them in the draft!
Now BLIND FREDDY can see that the WCE and FREO coaching influence will permeate right through teh club formerly known as East Perth and the weak as pi55 Peel! Now come on NOBODY on this site can even TRY to argue against this.
Just proves what we all have known all along.

This just shows what a muppet you really are, The weagles and dorkers have been running academies for junior footballers for such a long time. There is even an academy for sons of former players at the eagles.

You cannot even get your accusations based in any form of fact, you might even find that the state 16's and 18's have some input from both AFL teams.

There are lots of rules in life that are broken, or a blind eye turned for the better good of whatever it is. Obviously this is one such rule.

Hasn't the AFL 2013 season taught us anything?

I thought that it was because there reserves team or whatever it is was to be made up of only under 23/24 year old players. The Crows were crying foul over Ports planned academy programs weren't they?

I've only read a little on it so I may be wrong but that's the general gist that I got.

When you look at it, how can these clubs HIDE these good kids?There is far too much scrutiny from ALL AFL clubs now days it is impossible to hide any good young kid.
The AFL clubs and talent scouts have a greater knowledge of these kids than any one might think.They know when a kid is 13,14 15,or 16 whether he is a star or not.Look at Jaeger O'Meara,he was going to be a super star at 15.He was always going to be a target for ALL AFL clubs.Don't you think that the Dockers and Eagles would have hidden him away given the chance!!!

So John Todd was a dud coach? Brian Dawson a dud coach? Was the current coach of St Kilda a dud before he started coaching St Kilda and now is brilliant? I could go on but suffice to say that your comments are another anti-WAFL rant.
