Subiaco v Claremont
very even looking battle
will it come down to a goalkicker popping up?

Subiaco by 7 points

East Fremantle v Mandurah
again it will depend on what AFL is released above all else
and this game is being played at a ground that both sides are not all that familiar with although Mandurah have a better recent record there

until everyone knows the AFL release
it will be a TBC

could be a wildcard development for the week
it appears East Fremantle CEO has resigned - not yet fair to say it is connected with the TPP investigation but it is not very good timing and will be a distraction

If the free kick count goes on last week.
Claremont 26 v Subi 12.
Subi are out in straight sets.
Subi will be up for the fight.
Sharks v Peel will be interesting
Lots of stuff going on with EF ,atm.Looks  a tight match probably a, 50/50 match.

Subiaco have forwards that could kick bags - could come down to whether they can be hit up

training methods have changed a hell of a lot - I would hesit to say unless there were some set plays or fitness tests that would be a no
There are a lot of "rolling maul" type drills if you can understand that mate

Subi need to win for their coaches.

Not sure the coaches are in any trouble even if we do lose on Sunday. After a very disappointing 2022 where we had a lot of injuries the team and the coaching panel have done a pretty good job as not many had us even making finals this year, but with the injection of a number of young players we have done ok. Been a bit inconsistent at times but thats due to the number of youngsters in the group, that should improve next year with a season under their belts plus we will have Hayden back from injury, Locks with a full pre-season and the possibility of getting Clark and maybe Menagola back.

That being said, having finished 2nd (via %) i'll be pissed off if we don't at least get a crack at a prelim.

teams are out for the 2nd Semi - and East Fremantle can expect a fair array of chin music from Mandurah with the stuff going on this week , the week off might not exactly help things

Why?? Mandurah got caught red handed giving a player cash- as well as another cash payment to the O'Briens years back - not sure they've got a leg to stand on!
