I’m just hopeful that Perth can finish inside the top 5. Don’t really care where the other teams finish to be honest.

After the first round results it looks like being one of the best WAFL seasons in a long time without a clear dominant team. Obviously SF start as flag favourite they aren't going to have their way with every team they come up against like Subiaco have done over the last 10 to 15 years. 

It's going to be a very competitive season which will go down to the wire in the last round to determine who makes the top 5 and the order.
