Certainly PFC are up there with their recruiting.
The 3 WCE guys, McInnes, Grey, Fisher
Ex AFL players Loersch, Smith, Langlands
6 very good recruits, 5 of them with AFL experience.
No significant losses that can't be overcome.
And some other very handy depth recruiting.
Our football department needs to be commended.

McDonald is a huge loss for Perth mate, the kid kicked goals and had a great work ethic apparently, Loersch will be doing well to get any where near McDonalds 2020 season - half season. Not sure how Grey, Fraser and Fisher will add to Perth's 2021 fortunes, when they played for Perth in 2020! Surely by "recruiting" we are talking about adding something "new" to a clubs squad in terms of ability. Be interesting what SD new boys bring to the table, Jetta could easily be the recruit of the year, immediate impact with his running prowess and elite kicking....we know Matt Parker is a quality get for SF, the likes of McCarthy, Smith, Kersten and Garlett on paper look great recruits, but geez they come with well documented mental and physical baggage. if Cl lose Waterman in the pre season draft, that would be a huge blow for them, despite getting back a swag of their local delisted draftees.

For me SD, EF and SF lead the way in 2021 recruiting, if Loersch fires then Perth could easily top them all, but hey 5th club and 25 years old, surely it's now or never.

List wise on paper, SF, Subi and Cl will always be hard to beat, with SD, Perth and EF right on their heels....and one can never ever write off WP and EP, despite the little outside recruiting both clubs have done, to me it looks like both clubs have put a lot of faith and belief within the existing local talent of their respective clubs.

Heart wise a Derby GF will always bring a few punters in, as would no doubt a WP / EP GF or a SD/ Perth GF...those three GF scenario's would definitely bring a smile to many a traditional WAFL punters face.....not fussed about WCE and Peel fortunes this year, whilst Subi have won enough accolades of late, to sit back and watch the rest of the comp strive to reach their level of elite consistency these past 10 -15 years.

Fraser Gray and Fisher are a huge coup for the Club.
They were only on loan and as at the end of 2020 season they were no longer PFC players.
So they have been recruited.
Including a trade of players to WCE.
Not sure where you get the notion that is not recruiting.
Langlands, Smith are huge combined with Byrne coming back from long term injury and illness.
Yeo missed the season and Masten was also injured at the end.
IMHO the Dees will have one of the strongest midfields in the competition.
Therefore IMHO Loersch may get very good delivery.
In all due respect Subi have had a lot of losses and very few ins.
Including their coach who has been for dome reason that escapes recruited by the Eagles.
IMHO they will battle to make the 4.
As for EF, lots of luck.

DF...Fraser won your F&B last year, so how is he a recruit?...what is he going to add to your side which you already haven't seen already in 2020..ditto to Grey and Fisher...you haven't got a clue what Langlands or Smith or Bird etc are going to bring to the side....would of thought a recruit is someone who didn't play for the club the previous year or ever before, thus their worth is unknown....wishing you lots of luck with your hope that Perth midfield will provide it to Loersch lace out..because if they don't ...pretty sure the likes of Lockyer, Notte, Strom etc will have some fun running off the big fella....
