ABC have still been covering games on radio sporadically, around their AFL commitments. They covered the Claremont vs West Perth game 2 weeks ago and a handful of other matches throughout the year.

I did make a comment elsewhere that it would be nice if the commentator knew the players' names.
But at least I got to see the game.

Paul Persic was one of the commentators. Yeah they do get names wrong a fair bit but I was just happy to be able to watch some games being overseas. And channel 7 were not that much better. The only Subi games live streamed this year were the ones Front Row Screens did. I hope they continue onward & upward. There were almost 1000 watching the game at the end on Saturday

In 2016, abc radio only covered 11 H & A matches.
The next season saw them at 12 Home and Away games.
For the 2018 season, their radio coverage went downhill very rapidly being only 6½ H & A matches called.
2019 had 5 H & A games broadcast.
And that's me finished with abc radio! Nowadays it is simply hopeless!
Someone conveyed to me they called one of games from week 1 of this season. And apparently they did a match a couple of weeks ago. If that's correct, it would be only 2 H & A games covered this season.

Yep - I reckon they should do two games next year at least.

They are a great company. WAFC should pay them to stream 3 games a week, Channel 7 covering the other game.

All linked to the wafl app including the channel 7 game.

Replays should be put up after the round had finished. A highlight package of each game should be compiled too.

How do you find the link for it to view the game?

they had vans at freo oval.

Watched the Joondy game on 7 then switched over to the streamed Freo game, good coverage, commentary was fine, camerawork was a little off and jerky at times but great that they are providing the service.
