Wayne Langborne actually departed Bullcreek Leeming mid way through the 2018 season and was replaced by David Drewitt who also coached them for the 2019 season and has been re-appointed for the 2020 season in B Grade after they made the C1 Grade GF last season (2019).
Wayne Langborne coached Canning Vale in 2019 (C2 Grade) and will be an Assistant Coach at Canning Vale for 2020 when they are in C1.
Some clubs have updated this sort of info (coaches etc)on their websites or facebook page.

Does anyone know who is coaching these clubs? Or who would be the best club to go to play?

Jandakot have reappointed Rocco Ferrero as league coach.

HMac piara would be the team to be playing for Michael Florio is taking charge with another ex Perth demons wafl player Liam smith coaching reserves will be a strong team this year!

Steven Woods has the job at Armadale. Ex Piara Waters. The Demons are playing in E3 next year. Also trying to get a colts side up and running.

That’s right, ex Piara Waters President and ressies coach for the past few years. He was equal second in the association FnB and was also an assistant for the WAAFL state colts coach. He should do really well at Armadale and help this club on the up coming rebuild.
I haven’t herd anything about E3 tho, I thought they were applying for the Sunday comp?

Coming back through E3 is a better option than trying to come back from Metro League as players transferring from a Metro League Club to a WAAFL/PFL Club attract 3 points each.

Good luck to Steven at Armadale - that is likely to be a long, hard road to travel.

Armadale starting in E3 is a bit of a joke. Shouldn't they be starting in E1 as a single team club, as should all other single team clubs!! Good luck to them in getting a colts side up.

I believe Mat Hatch is coaching Swan Ath. Not entirely sure where he was last year but someone said a line coach at east perth? Who is coaching bassendean, swan valley ellenbrook and ballajura this year?

Matt played 3 Reserves games with East Perth last season before becoming an Assistant Coach with that side.

Previously, he played Colts with East Perth.
