Hard to pick a winner in the League. Suspect Bassendean will ultimately prevail in what shapes as a very close game.
In the Reserves, Hammersley and Ocean Ridge should also be a close one. Neither's League team set the world on fire this year, but I think Ocean Ridge just.
Even with their slip-up a couple of weeks back, hard to go past Forrestdale in the Colts, but can't discount Bull Creek.
I guess the next question is 'How will Bassendean and Bull Creek fair in B Grade next year?'
Many of the teams in B Grade had very average years this year and I suspect they will go very well.
Both had pretty good years with their Reserves and Colts, so there should be plenty of backup
Time will tell.
I also believe that those Clubs without Colts teams this year will really struggle next year, and there could well be a few more 'one team Clubs' in the future.
