Surely The Creek has numbers out on the weekend to go down by that much?

Given the points system, my personal feeling is that any Club without a colts team is likely to whither and die over the next couple of years, or at best, become a one team Club. The only other option is to try and raid more distant Junior Clubs. If you are an A or B Grade Club, this may be an option - get lower than that and it's an issue.
