from what i have seen there top 6-7 players are A grade quality but it drops off pretty quickly and there depth will really be tested if they get a couple of injuries.

Looking at there reserves from the weekend I'm not sure where the quality will come from.

Not quite sure if one particular thug running around in the 2's will be there for much of the season if there "A grade off the field" Need to be both to stay in A Grade.

Shirtfront - i think that would be the same with most clubs! - If you were referring to Kingsway, easy to make comments when not knowing the situation which was there were up to 8 players who would be considered league players missing from the weekend due to work & other sport commitments along with a similar number from the 2's which as you say "affected the depth" on the day (a couple of injuires on the day also didn't help). A number of 3rds players played ressies with quite a few of them only hitting the track in the last couple of weeks and were definately short of a gallop!! - Im sure most sides have players still missing this time of the year so it is hard to gauge completely based on 1 game. As for the Thug you refer to, would love to hear more about him as the game to me seemed to be played in the right spirit??

I think i can see a Scarborough vs North Beach Granny which would be an outstanding spectacle.

Any reason why you pick Scabs as the premier team and yet have them finishing 3rd on the ladder.

Are they expecting a late infux of players in the back half of the year?

Swans won the colts by about 7 goals after kicking away late with better fitness.
Swans won the League by 16 points. SD rested 10 of their best whilst NB had about 5 out. Really close contest with SD more accurate with their shots on goal. Some good signs for both clubs during a high intensity game played in good spirits.
Not a bad crowd watching too.
