Just umpire correctly and with no bias and people wont complain.

While we do appreciate you for stepping up to do a gig most wouldn't, If you are a club umpire you have a duty to your club to be fair and ensure you don't give them a bad name.

If you have a reputation there surely is a reason why. For the sake of amateur footy at the lower levels find it in yourself to be fair and no one will complain.

righto... another year another grade!! looking forward to renewing some old rivalries with some of the teams we have played plenty against in the past! Albeit from the hill drinking a beer...

Onto to this weeks tips, which are going to have to be absolute guesses as dont know much about any side as yet!

Brentwood to start the year off with a win, plenty talk on here how we are going to finish last, can’t wait to get the first game out of the way and be able to assess where we sit

Kenwick to back up last year’s grand final win with a first up win here, very disciplined side who run hard and I think they will go well this year

Canning south Perth, I believe they are one of the teams who cam down last year? Should be hoping to get off to a good start!

Thornlie to have a win against mossie park... no idea why, just think they will be tougher in the wet weather

Canning vale to take the wind out of Warnbro’s sails, plenty of talk of canning vale losing players and Warnbro having won the flag in March!

Here’s hoping Brentwood have another good year, can earn a bit of respect and prove we belong in C2!
