Bayswater V Coolbellup
This is the match of the round with 3 rd spot at stake here. The Cats form has been on the upward spiral and are playing some good running football . Their midfielders have silky skills and when they get a run on are hard to stop. Bayswater also play a good brand of running play on football. This game is at The Temple and Coolby are very hard to beat in front of their parochial crowd and will win this one.

Ocean Ridge V Roleystone
This game is very close to match of the round. The Ridge are coming of a 12 goal loss to Coolby but this game is at their wind blown home ground. Roleystone have been cruising along nicely and don't fear a trip to the Coast and will win this one.

Quinn's Districts V Swan Districts
Battle of the districts. Quinns lack a couple of quality players to be among the top sides here as most of their players are of the same level and will win just againstvSwans who are very up and down.

Forrestdale V Nollamara
The Falcons are back after last weeks win over Safety Bay and have a few players back from injury who will help them keep improving. This game presents them with a great chance to consolidate and move closer to the five and they should win easily against Nolla who are a long way off the pace at the moment.

Safety Bay V Melville
The Rams have been on have improved over the last few weeks and are big chance of causing an upset here. The Stingers need to regroup after last weeks shock loss and will get over the line here.

It looks like the boys at Forrestdale have hit some form. I was at the game last week and they outplayed Safety Bay from siren to siren. Margin could have been a lot more.

Cooby to win by an average amount , half the locals at the ground cheer for the visitors, it's not as hostile a home crowd as you'd expect at all, keep an eye on number 7 and their umpire. Their coach / team manager is also very excitable, can't handle a bit of banter to save his life mid game

Roleystone to win over ocean ridge by 20+, not sure how big a trip it is for them but Roley travels well and is much harder at the ball from personal experience

Swannies to put Quinn's away by a decent amount, Quinn's are struggling a bit it seems, going down to Melville last week against a club in exactly the same situation with two higher teams constantly needing fresh meat, plus all the prison teams training has to kick in sooner or later!

Forestdale should be able to put nollamara away, it's going to be a battle of late hits and downfield frees from two very similar teams. Better tell forreys umpire to keep his spastic frees to himself today, things could get ugly in front of nollas home crowd, you shouldn't really need too rely on an umpire against a winless team anyway

Safety bay over Melville by a fair amount weather permitting, last years E4 grandfinal rematch with Melville being without any firsts and seconds players to drop down against a hungry bunch of guys who have been waiting a long while for this match.



Just out of curiosity, do any players from the other clubs out and about have any suggestions or experience in dealing with crooked club umpires? One official from a peel club suggested recording matches, they use it against league provided umpires all the time, has anyone else got any suggestions? I feel that's really the only card on the table since getting a camera man to an e1 game is hard enough , let alone a waafl official lol

It was hard to watch a guy who played all summer comp and did a preseaon and 1 scratchy kick 7 goals against us! Bayswater is gonna do damage if you dont pay attention! Very good side! But we had a stirring last quarter and was good to see! Little bit of a speed bump on our way back up for cooby!

This has to be a first in Amateur Football. Forrestdale defeating the unbeaten Safety Bay last week then the following week loosing to the side that hasn't won a game.
