round 8 is upon us and while Kingsway still sit at the top only to be knocked off by stirling, the bottom 5/6 depending on win losses or what ever happens it is still wide open for now.

the saints have now got into the groove of things and winning games just nicely even knocking off the mighty kingsway last week, im sure the boys will still be on a high after the big win and unfortunately for the dogs they will cop it.

old rivalry sunday football league teams come head to head in what should be a good day down at wyong mud pit oval to see Canning host all 4 games, so should get a good crowd. no doubt canning will want to back up there efforts from last week and bring a solid 4qtrs against a solid gossy out fit that will not back down.

LYNWOOD Vs OCEAN RIDGE
lynwood get to redeem them selves after there poor performance last week and get to do it in style against Ridge. The Ridge boys will not roll over and take this one lightly thats for sure and we will see both teams run hard all day to the final siren.

KINGSLY Vs KINGSWAY. . . . GOTR
1st vs 2nd in what should be another great game. Kingsway will want to get back on the track and work hard for this one and with maybe some injuries there is plenty of talent to pick from in there two's. if kingsley get loose on the out side and find some space we could see another close one.
KINGSWAY to be the KINGS on the day by 3 goals

MELVILLE Vs QUINNS
Melville had a great win last week and the quinns boys did it tough and may have a few sore bodies. the rams do play there small oval well whilst quinns very rearly miss a target and will want to get out and find some space, to do that they might end up out on stock rd.

My picks this week are

Stirling - they seem to be taking all before them so far

Gosnells - if they bring last weeks intensity they will get more wins than losses in the second half of the season. They had some very handy in's last week also

Lynwood - we have had a good week on the track and hopefully at home we can redeem ourselves from last weeks effort

Kingsley at home just - in a bit of an upset there are a few injuries at Kingsway ATM, however this should be a cracker match

Melville at home to continue their seasons resurrection and pile more frustration into Quinns season.

Looking forward to the boys from the Ridge joining us in the Panthers Den afterwards for a beer or three.
