Smashed with injuries. But we trying hard and improving each week.

Few interesting results this round. Belmont with their first loss of the season. Bit surprised Rossmoyne went down to Kwinana given Rossmoyne only just lost to Cottesloe.

Seems all the talk is about Cottesloe and Belmont. You're forgetting about Southern River. We're 4-1, only lost to Cottesloe by a kick after the siren. We put Osbourne Park away and have the best percentage in the comp at the moment. Looking forward to the Belmont game in 2 weeks, should be a great test for us considering they seem to be known as the benchmark in C4 at the moment.

Well they were both undefeated until Belmont lost last round hence the chat. I did also mention that Cottesloe only got up by a goal against Southern River earlier in the thread.

Secret Harbour were quite strong last year if I recall, they could be another one to watch.

I hear Brad Bootsma ran around for Armadale last weekend or the weekend before? Can anyone confirm?

I also hear Boots and his son (who plays Peel Colts) will line up for the Demons on the weekend vs Kwinana in lieu of the WAFL Bye. If this is true, a handy addition to the once very strong and always proud ex SFL Club.

What a horrible day to play footy in. Mother Nature obviously wanted to test all the teams on how they handle the conditions. Seems Cottesloe held off a valiant Jandakot this week. Thi gs might be looking up for the Jets. Anyone playing against Rossmoyne, my suggestion is to not take them lightly. They are a tough side to play against, onky downfall is their capability of closing a game out. We were down by 2 goals at half time but managed to refucus and kick away to a 4 goal win. Big game this week against Belmont. Looking forward to it. Also the Secret Harbour V Cottesloe match is one to watch. Both teams play well in windy conditions as their home grounds are close to the beaches. Any other info from other games?

Felt like playing footy back in Victoria on Saturday. Didn't matter that we were playing on a 1/2 sized oval as the wind was directly across it at 80-100km/h. Was 4 good kicks from the wing into the goal square!

Was funny watching some kicks for goal - the stand-out a 100m penalty in the Ressies put a Cott player on the goal line; which was no certainty. In fact the guy on the mark, marked it! Even his team mates and supporters laughed - I think the player did too. Also watching players aim for container ships out on the wing when kicking at goal. 1/2 time score: 1.2.8 to 2.0.12

Secret Harbour would have to be happy about Cottesloe entering the competition as they no longer have the worst facilities! Was sobering changing in an old toilet block which flooded when the rain was coming in at right angles... Was dark too and we fumbled around and found a few pairs of boots and clothing etc that were left behind. Also, won't be long before someone is hit by a golf ball out there if the wind is like it was on Saturday too often!

Disappointing to lose - we had a lot of the ball forward but just couldn't get the score on the board whilst Cottesloe capitalised most of the time they entered their 50. Three weeks in a row that we've have chances to put the opposition away during the game to let ourselves down. Hopefully things turn around next week.

Sound like the west coast eagles there dicky! Plenty chances to put em away to no avail! Ah we'll always next week
