Does anyone know when the fixtures come out? How are Basso looking this year Ace?

Back for another season Maggie's I see!
Not to sure about the fixtures normally the WAAFL are still fluffing with them 2 weeks before season starts due to clubs pulling teams out!
I'll know more about Basso's season when we start training mate maybe we will see you down there more often this year!!

Looking forward to when Mossie Park play Basso, Good Rivalry there, Good for the comp!! Ace, Is Chris Yarren still playing for you guys or has he gone to WAFL (swans/demons?) where in my opinion he probably should be playing? To good for this grade!

Def cant wait for another crack at mossie, massive rivalry now and will always be a cracking game!!
Chris Yarran is training at Perth so we may not see him this year! How's the boys at mossie mate? Have they started training yet?

As you are ACE , yes back for another season. You will see me on the side lines again this year just watching and having a couple of beers and looking after the kids while the mrs shops!. Have you lost or gained any players? Why so late with the pre season or is the time that you are starting normal. Who is coaching this year?

Why does the fixture take so long top come out?
Surely the A/B/C grade fixtures are locked in? Everyone knows who those teams are. Why can't their fixture be released weeks ago.

GWS, I believe that after talking with my club president last night every club has until 14 March to finalise nominations, so until that date is up the association wont release any fixtures.

I agree with you we all know which clubs are in the top grades, but the association wont consider releasing anything until after this time

You are correct Premiership hangover. Team nominations had to be in by 14 Feb and finalised by 14 March. Any pull-outs after that and the clubs are liable for full nomination fees I believe.

In addition to finalising team nominations (mainly uncertainty around lower grades and colts teams) many ammo clubs also share facilities with other sporting clubs (rugby, baseball, cricket) whose fixtures/finals have to be factored in. Some of these fixtures may/may not be available any earlier.

Nightmare of a job is you ask me.

What are Willeton like guys? We have a scratchie against them in a few weeks time down at Sth Bunno.
