Sorry, mate. I hadn't even looked at who is playing who etc... just saw Quinns in 3rd.

I would say, Warnbro a good chance to beat Quinns after watching both sides in the last fortnight. What was the result last time around?

theres already been a bit of talk about our game, it's not set in stone we are headed to C3 but as has been said Canning won't do us any favours.

Colts
the colts game was the closest on the day with only a 3 goal difference. our young blokes have really put in this year. the games haven't gone their way but they have shown they are the clubs future. fighting out games and doubling up in reserves and league where necessary. one of the colts even umpired our reserves game on saturday after a full colts game and from all accounts was fair. Snesa's colts got out to a 3 goal lead in the first quarter and held that lead all day they were a little innaccurate in front of goal which kept us in the game a bit more. there was a little scrap at three quarter time a red to one of our players a yellow to a Snesa player and I beleive the SNESA water boy got a red aswell for getting involved. added some spark to the final quarter for both sides.

Reserves
the score shows how this game went for our two's we started off slow and ended much the same. they are the best performing of our sides all year as far as wins go but I think injuries to the league side and having to double up colts to fill a side has taken it's toll on some of the players.

League
the first quarter felt even from my spot down back though i don't remember the score i think both harris's got on the board early. in the second the big bloke down forward for snesa i think they called him Burgers started holding his marks. he kicked three on me for the quarter one from a mark on the line with probably 4 kenwick players going up with him could've had a couple more. after halftime i had a nice view of the game from the bench since i took no further part in the game due to reinjuring my leg. our players tried to get our running game going but Snesa were cleaner with their skills and took advantage of our slipups every time while stopping our players from getting clear. one more week to go and one more chance to possibly avoid relegation. we are hoping canning are thinking about the first finals week and not focused on the game at hand so we can jump them and get the four points.

LAG. Given your league team are highly likely out of finals contention has there been any talk of dropping players to the twos in the attempt to avoid the wooden spoon?

I wouldn't think so. I have a work function tonight so won't know until Saturday. I would have thought we will reward a few guys with a League game if anything.

Does that translate into rewarding your average reserve players at the expense of your premier league players?

More like our Colts age players who have been playing will be playing Colts only and the Reserves will come up and play in those spots... I wasn't there last night for selections so I don't know.

Fair enough. I would think though that given your league can't play finals, avoiding a wooden spoon would be in the clubs interest. Be interesting to see how you line up on the weekend
