Hi, have you guys seen the latest transfer forms players must sign now when changing clubs? They are making the player concerned sign a disclaimer at the bottom indicating they are not getting paid and making it clear players willget fined upto $2K if caught outreceiving payments after they have signed up, and clubs upto 10K for the same reason.

No Viper not a deterrant, but can be used as a legal disclaimer giving people less options for appeal if they are caught out. I think the WAAFL has done this to give them more powers.
