What did we get out of Round 1.

Willetton 69 over Kalamunda 58. Tight as I expected from two good teams.

Carlisle 56 over Quinns 44. Tight again - and a good start for Carlisle. Good recruiting perhaps?

Thornlie 86 over Canning Vale 78. Close as I expected. Two teams to watch this year.

Gosnells 55 over Warnbro 47. Closer result than I had expected.

Ocean Ridge 64 over Melville 58. Not the result I expected. Good win for Ocean Ridge.

Now to Round 2.

Transfers still taking place aplenty, so maybe some more interesting results this week.

On last weeks form alone, I'd have to pick Carlisle over Melville. What's gone on at Melville?

Kalamunda VS Gosnells. Gosnells in a close one.

Quinns vs Canning Vale. Canning Vale should win this.

Thornlie vs Willetton. MOTR for me. Two good teams, but I expect Willetton to win this one.

Warnbro vs Ocean Ridge. Another close one , but I prefer Ocean Ridge.

Melville had a brain fade. Melville was 4 goals up with 10 mins to go,and Ocean ridge put up one big final charge and kicked 5 straight to steal the game in the last minute.
Piss poor by Melville to just stop, but a cracker effort by Ocean ridge to get up. Full credit to them.
