Quinns Bulls back into the fold with Canning Vale who were at a stalemate in C2 for a few years after moving up the ranks from C4 in consecutive years.

Going to be a close year in c1 I think personally. Teams from b grade kalamunda and willetton are always competitive and the two coming from c2 in Quinn's and canningvale are two strong clubs.
