If Peel Dockers want to start to win games there one solution SACK the coach he's just a puppet. The dockers must have somebody else that can coach this team because how cant you win games with the talent you have, something wrong down there.

It's got nothing to do with Cam Sheppard he's between a rock and a hard place, Freo are using Pee as a glorified match day practice on a Saturday they don't care about the result.

What talent do they have? Players on an AFL list that are either young still learning with "potential", good players coming back from injury on limited game time or guys just playing their contract out waiting to be delisted. Most of them I wouldn't want at Subi.

Then they have their own list which other than two or three are glorified country footballers.

Peel described to me from someone on the Freo board as being too big and as such a very unbalanced football side but "we've got to give our players a run". What we all know is the reality, these guys aren't playing to win at all costs at WAFL level.

Fremantle have be fooled Peel and the football public about the alignment with there true objectives and outcomes

I have no pity for Peel Football Club, they chose to be aligned with Fremantle. They should have realised this was going to happen.

Fremantle have no interest in Peel winning games, they just want their players to have game time.

I feel sorry for Cam Shepherd, but his time is up. My prediction is - Fremantle will want Marc Webb to be Peel's coach in 2015.

....and then what Jimmy, Webb may indeed take over next year, but I reckon all those Peel locals will realise the situation and look elsewhere......especially the experienced ones.......leaving Freo patching a side full of their 2nd tier guys, injury returning fellas and all Peels youngsters.......EP are only doing well because the likes of their better guys like Johnson, Smith, Wulff, Lee, etc are still there .......when they retire, leave etc EP could be in the same boat....especially if they cant recruit......

And they should never ever be allowed to recruit from outside whilst they still have a zone!

Round 7 and played 6 games and not won any games in any of the 3 grades.
They are joke, the alignment is a bad joke, but then Peel has never had any culture or history to speak of so perhaps we are all wasting our breath on them.
Time they admitted defeat and renamed and re-badged themselves as the Freo Thunder or Peel Dockers and play in Freo colours, at least that would bring some honesty to their situation, something that The Royal Eagles will never be able to achieve after totally shafting their faithful members.

Agree Seagull, must be called the Mandurah Dockers and where the Dockers jumper. Cant do the same to East Perth though as they are still a traditional Eight WAFL club. Need one new team to form. A team without reserves or colts. 15 over 25 year olds (getting paid well) ready to line up along side the wc guys not getting a game.

Over 25 so that we are not draining the young talent from the best pathway into the AFL
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!
