Being played in Tokyo I guess. Starts in just over half an hour. Shown on Eurosport, Fetch, Kayo I think. Not on Fox Sports damn. Guess a pub might show it.

Unfortunately they have conceded a goal in the 82nd minute. Unless they can get a last minute equaliser they will be starting their campaign with a loss.

Shocking game tbh, Perth really played some boring football.

Perth certainly didn't disgrace themselves and had a couple of good chances but just couldn't convert. Tokyo seemed very fast and I also thought the difference in refereeing between A league and other international comps is huge. In Oz our refs in both soccer and basketball are far more picky and whistle up just about everything whereas refs in other comps let a lot more go which makes for a better spectacle.

Seemed to me Glory were pretty sacred of taking risks and were going for a draw or at least damage control while on the away run. hopefully they ark things up a bit next time.

Wasn't the foul count something like 16 to 5 with Tokyo committing the 16 fouls? Did they play a more physical game? Sounds like Castro was lacking his usual brilliance coming off a lay-off.

Jeez....Yokohama gave Sydney FC a nice old 4-nil touch up last night. As a club side they're world class and a bit too good for A league clubs.

T.B.H. BC , I reckon they are a long way behind most comps, I have been watching a fair bit of SPFL, and I reckon some of the lesser teams like Kilmarnock and Hammilton Accie would beat most A league sides.

I also have watched a fair bit of the EFL- Championship, League 1, League 2 & SPL on BEIN Sports and have to agree all are a far better standard than the A-League.
