Probably sick and tired of all the bullshit happening in the Wafl like many other people are perhaps? Hope he hasn't gone for good.

I’ve seen him logged in a few times without posting anything. I sent him a pm when i saw him logged in about a week ago asking the same BC. Haven’t had a reply. Seems unlike him. Maybe he’s won lotto and travelling the globe again? Half his luck.

I think more than anything else interest in the WAFL has waned due to several factors one of which Subi supporters won’t like to hear but as long as one club continues to dominate with the their biggest threat being an AFL reserves team making the grand final, then that decline will continue.

Then a club like WP cheats it’s way to survival it all adds up to a lack of belief we have a fair competition. Perth crowds this year goes to show how that can turn around quickly if a club looks like having success.

I totally agree DD, I don’t want to start the whole $ubi conversation thing but the WAFL desperately needs their domination to wane. Maybe when Horsley, Kitchin and Delahunty are gone one day the next wave of players won’t be as talented.

I think most fair minded Subi supporters wouldn't disagree DD. I admit I'm enjoying our extended run of success after not enjoying a long period of poor performances including the premiership drought from 1924 to 1973, during the 70s, parts of the 80's and into the 90s. I do think the normal cycle of ups and downs would make the competition a whole lot more interesting for your average supporter. It's not lost on me that if Peel was subject to the alignment rules in place at the moment there would be a real likelihood that Subi could have won 5 flags in a row which is not sustainable from a competition point of view. The sooner we get back to all clubs rising and falling over time the better as far as I'm concerned.

BC, I dont think that is too far away, Subi have plenty of cash at hand but the last few years have see substantial operating losses, so the extensive recruiting of the past is just not sustainable. We have seen some quality coming through the colts and ressies in the couple of seasons which has not been the case in the past especially the Colts, so i hope and expect the club to stick with a locals first policy and only look to recruit if there are any serious gaps in the list.

Back in April I got quite crook, and its taken me a few months to get over it, I have been checking out the site from time to time but without posting replies and messages.

Which is a pity because a lots been happening, Lyon gone, WAFL Finals and Brexit!

Most importantly I am on the mend now and should be getting a lot more active again on here.

Anyway thanks for the concern and go the mighty Bulldogs!
