Hard to believe it's Grand Final time again.
After Sunday the 23rd, the footy is done and dusted for another season. The cricket will crank up not long after.
The weather is looking good for the Grand Final with the forecast of Partly cloudy conditions with w - s/w winds. A maximum said to be 23º after a minimum of 9.

September is a great time of the year, we have 2 great games this weekend here in Perth, the RED&BLUE is well represented with both Melbourne & West Perth fighting it out with their respective matches..

See they have sold 12000 tickets already, that’s not bad I would have thought, many like me are going to buy them at the gate.

That is promising then hopefully a good crowd will eventuate. Probably lots of WAFL people havent been to the new stadium too. Quite a few people i have spoken to said they were going but were buying their tickets at the gate as well.

12,000 is an excellent sign.
Hopefully thousands more Grand Final tickets get sold today and tomorrow. There would be a lot of ticket sales at the gate on match day I'd imagine.

I'm tipping close to 30,000 people will attend. 29,000 will be supporting West Perth!

In current terms, that means only 1160 WP supporters will be available.

Both teams will have no ground advantage in the Grand Final.
Not sure if true, have heard the new playing surface is a little larger than the old Subiaco Oval? And probably bigger than Subiaco's and West Perth's Home grounds?
Going to be interesting to listen to see which team settles in.
Both teams not played there previously.
