SD -- I am with, you mate. Hadlee has claims to be the best seamer ever on total wickets and bowlling average, and, MD, was a great batsman. I made my remark, because, I have noticed over the years that a lot of our fellow Australians do make such qualifications. I certainlly was not knocking the achievement of the NZ lads. In truth, Australia should have also lost the following series against India, had the Indians batted with a wee bit more gusto at different times.

Similarlly, a lot of people, in my time have bitched about England's victory in 1978-9, forgetting that the old country also had five or six players out during the series.
