Pretty much all media pundits and the betting agencies have Peel as favorites but agree on the crowd number unless Freo bus a heap of the peel/Freo great unwashed up to the game.

WAFL GF - As much as I want to see Subi see off the knobs of the league, I think that Freo will finally have to buy a trophy cabinet, albeit a very small one.

AFL GF - I can't see anyone but Geelong winning it. However, I'd love to see GWS win and watch 5 mill Vics sobbing and crying "unfair, unfair"

I think it will be an even first half with a fair bit of physical stuff. As the second half wears on I expect Subiaco to gradually take control and win by about 4 goals. Given that Subiaco are going to be fresher, they may run out the game a bit better than Peel.

Terror that's Subi's main concern, if we have a slow start like we did against Souths, Peelmantle will be all over us and we could be chasing them all day. Peelmantle are cherry ripe, no injuries to speak of and 95% of their team are fulltime pro's. Their 3 finals have been walks in the park with little pressure so I don't think they have any issues around running the game out. If Subi can be close at halftime, we have a really good chance to make a tight game of it and it will be who wants it more, that maybe the only edge we have, plus the wet weather will even things up and take their talls out of it a bit. I'll tip after I see the team lists tomorrow.
