Care to elaborate 58 ?

IIRC years ago The West went hard at Cable on some grounds, and it faded into the distance, nothing coming of it for whatever reason, lack of proof whatever. Thought grounds for big lawsuit if not true, but not sure that happened either. Hazy memory of all that, so may nothave the story entirely correct
