BC was that the GF where Mifka belted the living daylights out of Heatley which helped WP win by 10 goals?

nah mate...that was the GF where Mifka king hit Heaters from behind and Boris Langdon and your current coach decided to give the rest of WP some constructive criticism...but yes, the outcome was the same as you've mentioned. ;-)

It appears that JL has got all of them on a team focus and even though there have been stand out performers, every player has stepped up when required during the campaign. No way were they the best team on paper this year as far as talent was concerned but they played like a champion team

Beautifully said.

It's because if a person wearing a KFC bucket catches a SIX they win goods to the value of $1000.00.. No one did.

I'm with you BC....beyond childish, time to give it a rest

DW...i used to get caught up with all that type of bullsh*t years ago on FG so I can see where he's getting his jollies...but these days I reckon it's more entertaining just to to talk footy with a bit of good natured banter thrown in. i mean..heaven forbid any god fearing subi supporter lets the WP faithful forget the '95 GF...that would be grounds for dismissal from the Subi supporters covenant... B)

I hear ya BC....would much rather be talking GF's with Jimmy...he was good for some footy banter and constructive footy chat at times during 2014 so lets hope we can return to some friendly warfare and leave this latest shite chat for the FG site

Surpise surprise!!... $1000 KFC must be laughing at that CHEAP advertising gimmick, the level of intelligence of the general public never ceases to amaze me. ( i do NOT include easily led kids in this)

Like it or not unk, that's today's world and it will continue. You can get fussed about it, or you can ignore it and enjoy the game. I choose the latter. You've said that you don't like or watch this brand of cricket and that's your choice. But let me tell you unk, you've missed a whole heap of sporting excitement this particular year.

Congratulations to the WA Invitation XI for winning the tournament. Happily, I did not see a single ball of the competition.

I see where you come from 58,though its hard to ignore grown men putting carboard buckets on their heads all the same. if its entertainment i want i will go to the movies etc, not watch 20/20. Yes it is exciting then again so is WWC . I just watch with amazement what the general public will "believe in" and watch. Thats all fair enough as i know that cricket will never be the game it was. Thats the way it is i know. Sports like basketall soccer have stayed true to thier origins as probably has rugby.
