100 to Marsh, giving WA some sort of chance.

NSW still well and truly in the ascendency here BUT if WA could get a few early wickets in the morning, especially if Smith is one of them, it could still be a tight contest. Amazing really when you think that WA was bowled out for 82 on the first day and have managed to take the game into the 4th day. Marsh gets a lot of the credit for that of course, how can he play an innings like he did today and the one he played in South Africa yet get out for ducks so many times? It must be so frustrating for him.

The Warriors will also be monitoring what is happening at the MCG because if Victoria somehow manage to hold on for a draw against Queensland then WA make the final regardless of the result in Canberra. The difference is of course that winning gives WA a final at home which would obviously be preferable. I hate to say it but C'mon the Vics!!!!!

Good effort in the end by the Warriors. Think they would have won if they could have got Smith out 30 runs earlier. Looks like they have a reprieve though and will be back for the final in Canberra next weekend thanks to the Vics :)

Would probably be good to make a few more than 82 in the first innings this time B)

Yep, I'm making sure the season opener is going to be a free day for me.
