Sad to hear ex WA/Aust keeper Ryan Campbell is in a London hospital post a heart attack. Currently the Dutch cricket coach, remember his attacking batting either opening or in the  lower order. Good keeper from memory too. Only 50, so hopefully  the fella makes a full recovery.

Playing with his kids in a park when he collapsed apparently. Scary stuff.  As you said hopefully he can pull through. As a cricketer he was always flamboyant in his batting style and I thought he was one of the first to play the scoop shot in 20/20s

Fingers crossed for a full recovery to Cambo.
He was an exciting opening batsman/keeper for WA (and occasionally Australia) for many years during the 1990s & early 2000s.

He’s out of the induced coma and is doing as well as expected.  They’re trying to find out what caused the heart attack.

A fantastic ending to this story has seen Campbell make a good recovery. Apparently has returned to the Netherlands where he's currently residing. Doctors still do not know the cause.
