Socialists love controlling markets but this is unprecedented, there are tenants that are months behind in rent and cannot be removed, they are just milking it.

succession is all good and is a conservative movement anyway normally against labor cranks in Canberra, no reason to stuff around try to control private markets WA.

You could build a football stadium and make a pitch to have the WAFL GF played there for the next hundred years. Emperor Mark wont be able to dictate how much you charge for rent. I believe it's up for grabs.

but this is about preventing sudden masses of homeless families that could turn to crime to survive on the streets - this stretches Police resources to places not desired during the CV-19 crisis and away from where we desperately need them
and it also prevents clusters if it turns to shit , last thing WA needs is a little Melbourne episode vis evicted families
